For the first time, PBS’ history is being collated in print and made available to the public. PBS' 40-year book will feature rare and (in some cases) previously unseen photos, posters and other historical artefacts to capture the rich and diverse history of the station and our music community.

The book will showcase our journey championing local and underrepresented music since 1979, and provide a tangible piece of culturally important memorabilia for fans of music, radio and PBS. As PBS General Manager, Adrian Basso states “this book will be of significant benefit and interest to the Melbourne music community, it will highlight our rich history of providing a space for under-represented International, Australian and local music.”

Now is your opportunity to secure an important piece of PBS and Melbourne music history!
