RIGGY FEST: Bodriggy in Abbotsford are putting on a four day event series from Thursday to Sunday, showcasing a wide mix of femme artists to perform live and DJ.
TO BINA: A Night of Soukous Vibrations Powered by El Gran Mono. Melbourne's Abbots Yard will come alive with electrifying cross-continental rhythms as TO BINA: A Night of Soukous Vibrations Powered by El Gran Mono transforms the space into a pulsating celebration of African and Afro-Colombian musical exchange.
AKWAABA: A celebration of West African music, food and culture featuring live bands, DJs and authentic Ghanaian flavours in one immersive, all-day experience at Old Plates Record Bar.
OLD BAR FEVER: Loud, fast and punk! This ridiculous line-up of bands will get you hitting your max heart rate and sweating more than a tropical fever. As if that's not enough there's a zine fair upstairs packed with DIY chaos. From pirate punk to pop punk to riot grrrls, this one's stacked front to back. Come early, stay late, buy a zine, lose your voice.
TRACEY MILLER & FRIENDS: A throwback to the dance parties of yesteryear! Join an afternoon of jazz classics and gospel music with Tracey Miller and friends at the Fitzroy Bowls Club. With a focus on older people and people with a disability, this is a great opportunity to get out, hear some live music, and have fun!
SALOON TUNES: An intimate afternoon of soulful sound and connection. Saloon Tunes brings together a handpicked line-up of Naarm's finest for an intimate afternoon in the Saloon Bar. Featuring the warm lo-fi grooves of OjiAji, the raw folk-soul storytelling of A.L.I.E.N, and the unmistakable voice and magnetic presence of Nkechi Anele.
PBS’ SWINGING CITY: A Live Broadcast of Radio City & Swinging Doors at the Yorkshire Stingo. PBS FM & Leaps and an afternoon hosted by Melbourne radio legends Crispi and Ernie! Featuring live performances by Charles Jenkins, Georgia Fields, Leah Senior, Rhiz and the Sugarplums and more!
LEAPS AND BOUNDS RECORD FAIR: This much-loved event at Collingwood Town Hall will feature a vibrant mix of casual and professional sellers, plus private collectors offering rare, one-off treasures from their personal vinyl collections. As always, entry is free.
