This week’s PBS Feature Album is Live On The Radio Vol.1, the exclusive album from Jumpin’ The Blues Allstars.
The Jumpin' The Blues Allstars band grew out of a semi-regular live music spot on Tom Sianidis' Wednesday afternoon radio show Jumpin' The Blues on PBS. Once a month the band, led by double bassist Steve Purcell, would get together to back a different femme vocalist from Naarm/Melbourne's vibrant blues, RnB and roots music scene. This batch of tracks are selected by Tom from some of his favourite sessions.
