This week's PBS Feature Album is Welcome Back, the full-length debut album by Naarm-based tripwave outfit Fade Evare.

Centred around the brother-sister partnership of Mira Holleman and Tori Holleman (Retiree), Fade Evare rests on the push and pull of the siblings’ respective musical journeys, with Mira’s starry-eyed youthfulness complementing Tori’s quietly assured, tasteful production.

Welcome Back finds Fade Evare weaving together elements of trip-hop, pop and dance across its 12 tracks. Recalling the likes of Massive Attack and The xx, the music channels both melancholy and euphoria at different points within the project. Each song rhythmically pulsates, perfect for a post-club debrief and soundtracking the embers of a night that will live on in your core group’s memories.

Rounded out by keyboardist Madeleine Magee Carr, the band's debut LP is suffused with lush, layered electronic soundscapes, celebrating the tight-knit community bonds they have built. The record arrives at an equilibrium which simultaneously looks inward whilst foregrounding appreciation for Fade Evare's close circles.

Tune in all this week to hear tracks from Welcome Back and PBS Members have the chance to win a copy of the album on vinyl: simply email your name and membership number to '; // --> ">   before midnight Sunday July 20.
