When Pigs Fly returns this New Year's Eve to celebrate five years of music, dancing and community at its favourite patch of dirt on the banks of the Birrarung.

What began as a New Year's Eve gathering at the Collingwood Children's Farm has grown into one of Naarm's most beloved end-of-year celebrations, bringing together world-class selectors, live acts, stage takeovers and a crowd that’s made the farm feel like home for five years.

With the past two years selling out, the festival has left more than a few people scrambling to secure their place in the paddock.

The 2026 lineup features AceMo, Aysu, Blue Communications, CD & Silentjay, Claire Dickson, Cuerpo Negro, DJ Matab, DJ PGZ, Drifting Clouds, Gustavo Moreno, Intermood, Jale, Mikalah Watego, Musicaya, Otorongo, Pachyman, RAHAAN, Rawdrum, Selena, Sheidita, Simona, Suze Ijó and Tornado Wallace, with MC duties from PBS’s own Claire Dickson (The Breakfast Spread).

The festival also features curated stages by Ecstatic Mob and Dounya El Disco, each offering their own distinct take on sounds from Naarm and beyond.

Set amongst riverside bushland just minutes from Naarm's CBD, When Pigs Fly offers a unique opportunity to experience a festival in nature without leaving the city.

When Pigs Fly takes place on Thursday 31 December 2026.
