This year’s Headbanging for Hope mini fest is built from the heart of Naarm/Melbourne’s heavy scene, and brings together some of the city’s most captivating bands for one purpose: to raise money and awareness for R U OK?.
For organisers Toby and Kit, this night is more than just another gig. Having experienced the loss of loved ones battling with mental health, they’ve built this event as a way to give back. -a space to spark conversation and support those who might be fighting battles you can’t see.
