Sunday Sounds returns to Kingston City Hall for a special performance from JAZZPARTY! This November, see the eight piece phenomena from Naarm/Melbourne fronted by incomparable vocalist Loretta Miller and saxophonist Darcy McNulty. JAZZPARTY erupts on stage and record alike as a living, breathing organism, fuelled by the fire of its own searing musicianship. Tickets are free via RSVP.

From a tiny corner in Carlton’s John Curtin Hotel to the ritualistic throes of Dark Mofo, JAZZPARTY has gone on to electrify Australia’s most celebrated stages including Golden Plains, Melbourne International Jazz Festival, and New Year’s Evie. JAZZPARTY transcend the ordinary, putting on live shows that can only be described as if a wild shindig collided with a cult gathering.

Music kicks off from 2pm with local musician Claire McCorkell, followed by Richie 1250 from Stone Love and fun activities for kids, before JAZZPARTY takes the stage at 3pm. Find more details on the Kingston Arts website, including accessibility info here.

Set times:
2pm: Claire McCorkell
2:45pm: DJ Richie 1250
3pm: JAZZPARTY
4pm: DJ Richie 1250
RSVP for free here.

Location: Kingston City Hall, 985 Nepean Highway, Moorabbin, 3189.

This event is taking place on the land of the Bunurong Boon wurrung Peoples of the Kulin Nation. We acknowledge and pay our respects to their elders, past and present. Sovereignty of this land has never been ceded; no treaty has ever been signed.
