The festival will also feature a gourmet food trail, and a free Master Chef Marquee where a range of talented chefs and skilled professionals from Melbourne’s southeast and regional Mornington Peninsula will present a series of culinary skill demonstrations throughout the weekend. Culinary chef skills demonstrations will be complimented by an enhanced rolling program of progressive handcraft skills such as pasta making, vegetable carving, oyster shucking and ice carving. The Lens Mist photographic exhibition will this year be housed inside landmark restaurant Windows on the Bay.

Another major highlight of the festival will be an inaugural innovative evening of seafood degustation and stunning Mornington Peninsula wines at the Master Chef Marquee at 6pm on Saturday 17 March. The five course dinner is $125 per person. Tickets are limited and bookings essential on 9580 2899.
