Devil Electric are a local four-piece rock band known for their riff-heavy stoner rock and doom-laden sound. Often described as having a "dark signature sound," they blend '70s rock vibes with modern, powerful vocals. They have gained international recognition, releasing acclaimed albums through German label Kozmik Artifactz and notable supports for bands such as Wolfmother, Graveyard (SWE) and Earthless (USA).
To celebrate their third studio album Tahlia, Devil Electric stopped by PBS for a very special Studio 5 Live session. Listen back to Pojama People, originally airing on Tuesday March 31, for this exclusive set and interview with host Chris Pearson.
Studio 5 Live is made possible by Carlton Audio Visual and is supported by the Australian Government through Music Australia and Creative Australia, its arts funding and advisory body.
