Porpoise Spit is a dynamic alternative rock band that blends heartfelt ballads, energetic rock anthems, thrashing guitars, and a socially progressive punk spirit. Over the past five years, the band has built a strong grassroots following within Melbourne's vibrant music community, playing over 250 shows alongside established acts like Cash Savage, Cable Ties, and Bad//Dreems. Their debut LP, Don't Quit, released in October 2023 was met with widespread acclaim and received airplay from major Australian stations like PBS, JJJ, RRR and 2SER. Extensive touring followed nationally, including sold-out shows and shows in New Zealand. In 2025 Porpoise Spit are at it again, now with an all-star team behind them and new music itching for release - it seems the year of the Porps just keeps on rolling. Click here for more Porpoise Spit.
