This year's Reconciliation Week theme is All In. It's a call for every Australian to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation, not just this week, but every single day. Reconciliation isn't something that happens on its own, and it's not the sole responsibility of First Nations people, who have carried that weight for far too long. It asks something of all of us.
