Stonnington's Sunset Sounds serves up a stellar line-up of music royalty live in January 2023.

Sunset Sounds has cemented its place as a highlight of the City of Stonnington's annual calendar and this year is set to be no different. Get ready for not one, but two free evenings of unforgettable live music on Sunday 15 January and Sunday 22 January, presented by PBS!

With lush green grass, summer vibes and a selection of Melbourne's finest food trucks, Sunset Sounds presents the perfect night out. Come along with your friends and family, grab your picnic rug, and settle in for great evenings of live music under summer sunset skies!


Sunday 15 January
Mo'Ju, Cool Out Sun and DJ Lyndelle Wilkinson
Grab your friends, family and fur babies for the first concert of the Sunset Sounds series at Central Park, Malvern East. On Sunday 15 January, the 3-time ARIA nominated singer and songwriter Mo'Ju will take to the stage, supported by Afro-Soul outfit Cool Out Sun with PBS DJ Lyndelle Wilkinson at the helm mixing up the magic.

Sunday 22 January
The Bamboos, Izy and DJ Ella Stoeckli
It's time to chill out to the second Sunset Sounds concert. Featuring a headline performance from The Bamboos, one of Australia's leading funk and soul acts who have collaborated with musical giants including Aloe Black, Daniel Merriweather and have six ARIA nominations under their belts. Supported by far north Queensland futuristic soul trio Izy with PBS DJ Ella Stoeckli spinning tunes from 5pm.
