PBS’ number one kid friendly music show Rock A Bye Baby returns this July! For fans of the AM and a babycino or two, this ones for you.
Join us at Fitzroy Town Hall from 11am ‘til midday on Thursday July 13 for a special live performance from bubble gum psych explorers Parsnip! Having shared stages with the likes of The Wiggles, Bikini Kill, Amyl & The Sniffers, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard – PBS is excited to welcome the Naarm/Melbourne and Djillong/Geelong based quartet to the Rock A Bye stage for the very first time.
Founding their gumnut gang sounds on remnants of the past; youths of the 60s singing their pre-pubescent little hearts out, their sonic, propulsive wriggle-rock has been delighting crowds across Australia and beyond since 2016. Releasing their debut album When the Tree Bears Fruit via beloved local label Anti Fade Records, the assortment of whimsy and spirit created an alternative world imagined in nature, journeying by car, plane and boat, ever seeking a sanctuary where only the heart resides. A giddy, unified force, cultivated in the seedbed of fun and friendship.
Presale tickets are available here, or pick one up on the door from 10:3AM.
