We are very proud to announce that our all vinyl throw-down celebrating everything good about rocksteady, early reggae and ska is one year old! Come out and get down for Jamaica Jump-Up’s 1st birthday party at The Gasometer Hotel on Saturday, April 16.

To mark the milestone, old favourites Shanty Town will make a triumphant return to the stage to pump out the best early Jamaican hits. Plus, some of the finest selectors we’ve enjoyed over the past year will be returning to the decks, tune-for-tune, for an all-out vinyl battle royale.

Kicking it off will be Richie 1250 vs Miss Goldie before Kilmarnock Steve brings out his collection to go head on with Rick Howe. Jesse I will keep the party vibes coming with Solomon, Mohair Slim will face off with Fabulous Fez and Lady Erica (fresh off the plane from Jamaica) will take us out with Stryka D.

Exclusive, limited edition Jamaica Jump-Up t-shirts for sale on the night! 9pm until 3am.
