This year as part of Darebin Music Feast, catch three hours of rocked out family entertainment with PBS Get Up Morning radio show hosts Fanta and Janelle. They'll be presenting rollicking tunes for adults and kids to get down to, straight from the festival’s exclusive pop-up venue ‘The Bain Marie’. The feature of the day is a live performance of Marieke Hardy’s "Dick and Fanny Make The Rock", a series of 12 episodes of old school radio plays written for Get Up Morning and aired on PBS earlier this year. The star-studded cast includes Jon Chapple (Harmony/ Shooting At Unarmed Men), Chris Drane (Cherrywood), Ally Spazzy (The Spazzys/ Divorced) and Linda J (The Dacios/ The Bulls), and stand back kids... There’s also a high tech, high danger, high vis zone of slap-stick-radio-sound-effect-making, yes, none other than a foley pit!
