In February this year, two of Melbourne’s most exciting groups - Folk Bitch Trio and Bones & Jones - teamed up to release a double a-side 7" collaboration, ‘Friendly Neighbour / If I Was A Man’, with a massive launch show at Northcote Social Club. The supergroup is now set to play Boogie Festival together this April.

In celebration of their Boogie show, we thought we’d go back to September last year when Folk Bitch Trio played a gorgeous set on Channel 31’s MUUZOstream program. The trio of Heide Peverelle (vocals and guitar), Gracie Sinclair (vocals) and Jeanie Pilkington (vocals and guitar) meld their confessional songwriting, gentle instrumentation and soulful harmonies, crafting a sound that brings both joy and heartache. For our next Studio 5 Live presentation, we'll be sharing this heartfelt set with you on Jordan Oakley’s Underground Love

Make sure you are tuned in to PBS on Tuesday April 19 from 3pm to hear this wonderful session with Folk Bitch Trio. PBS Studio 5 Live is proudly presented by Mountain Goat.
