Black Jesus eXperience and Aurus present a double bill: featuring collaborative and individual sets at The Night Cat, Saturday March 16.
Aurus is an astounding virtuoso singer and composer who sings in English, French, and Creole. PBS’s own Stani Goma introduced Aurus and Melbourne’s own Black Jesus eXperience, and within an hour they were jamming onstage together. Aurus then immediately joined Black Jesus Experience on tour and has since recorded tracks to appear on Black Jesus eXperience's upcoming album.
The Night Cat show will be a unique opportunity to hear these collaborative works, and to celebrate the long awaited and miraculous return of BJX’s founder and songstress Enushu Taye.
