London-based composer Giovanni Rotondo has extensive experience working on feature films, TV series, and documentaries. Founder of Human Sweat Records, Giovanni has recently released 'BitShift - The Cartridge of Time', an album of iconic tracks from 'The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom', reimagined for the NES. Tune in to Game Jams to hear about this 8-bit music, recorded from the console and presented on vinyl and NES cartridges, arriving in Australia soon.

The Melbourne Chiptune Academy is a group of local artists who are supporting the local chiptune community through regular meetups. The MCA runs workshops, album previews and networking events to introduce newcomers to the world of chiptune music. Jam Nawaz (Jamatar), alongside Alex (Dot.AY) and Woz (Tom Foolery) from MCA, join Matt on Game Jams to chat about the upcoming chiptune open mic night on November 22 at Mamma Chen's in Footscray.
