Program Information
Dry Run
Scarlett Cunningham
Dry Run is a fortnightly four-hour menagerie of ambient tones, drones and arpeggios. Tune in and let the sounds of industrial soundscapes, textural minimalism, found sounds, extended organs and left-field electronica submerge you.
Defying hidden rules and unspoken restrains, ambient sounds (and absences of sound) are explored in varying formats such as dub, post-punk, dream pop, ragas, folk, spiritual jazz and more.
Dry Run recognises the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nations as the original owners and custodians of the land, and would like to pay respects to their elders past, present and emerging.
