UPDATE: Unfortunately, due to the cancellation of Bluesfest, Erykah Badu's Australia tour has been cancelled.

A message from ticketing: 

"Unfortunately, Bluesfest Tours, the Promoter wishes to advise that Erykah Badu, scheduled for Sat 4 Apr 2026, has been cancelled," a statement on the Ticketek reads. 

"Sit tight - All tickets purchased (including refundable ticket purchases, if relevant) will be automatically refunded in full to the original payment method used. Customers do not need to take any action.

"In most cases, our customers see the funds appear in their account within 5 business days, however, in some limited cases, it may take up to 30 business days for these processes to complete. Please bear with us while we process your refund."
