PBS The Specialist Music Station
With more and more ways to listen to PBS, we are here to give you all the options.

Free to air Radio - in your car, in your home, at a picnic!

You can find us on free to air radio broadcast on 106.7FM and DAB+ in Melbourne, Australia.

Streaming

You can also listen live through our website by pressing the play button at the top of each page. If you'd like to listen to a previous program, head to the program page you desire, select the date you want and press play.

We have a PBS app, that is available free to download from either the Apple app store, or Google Play. You can stream live or listen On Demand through our app.

For those of you who like using other apps, we are on iHeartRadio, TuneIn, and Beetroot. We are also picked up by many other streaming apps, some of which we don't even know about! If you suddenly stop being able to get PBS on any app, please contact the app directly and let them know. You can also let us know, and we will do our best to reach out to them too. If you have a particularly involved sound system that is asking for a direct streaming URL please use: https://playerservices.streamtheworld.com/api/livestream-redirect/3PBS_F...

HLS: https://playerservices.streamtheworld.com/api/livestream-redirect/3PBS_F...

Shoutcast: https://playerservices.streamtheworld.com/api/livestream-redirect/3PBS_F...

Format info:

SD livestream: 48kHz, 64kbps HE-AAC

HD livestream: 48kHz, 128kbps HE-AAC

Radio on Demand: 44.1kHz, 128kHz CBR MP3

Contact us if you have any questions.

Even though we are a community radio station with limited resources, we are always working to improve our streaming process. At the moment we are working on being more compatible with smart speakers and casting. If you come across a fault, feel free to let us know, and we can try to fix it. We might suggest that in the mean time you try to listen via one of the other methods, as a lot of the thrid party apps are completely out of our control!

Thanks so much for listening to PBS, and if you love the station, please consider becoming a member.
