As per usual, there are so many great local releases coming out this year and here’s another one that I can’t get enough off. Laura Imbruglia’s wonderfully melodic third album, What A Treat! On first listen, I was already singing along to the songs even though I didn’t know the words. It’s a sunny mix of pop, country and rock mixed together with some hilarious lyrics. Particularly on songs like Harsh Dylan Songs and Incest. Although it’s been a while between drinks for Laura, I’m glad she’s back with such a wonderful album!
