The PBS staff and volunteer community are saddened by the passing of former station manager Cameron Reyntjes, who passed away on 25th of June 2026. Cameron served from 1993-1996 and is remembered for new marketing projects including the introduction of "no apologies - real radio" branding, the billboard on Nicholson St, and the station's 15th birthday celebration. Working together with the committed volunteers and staff, he helped steer the station through financially difficult times. During his time, he oversaw increased revenue and sponsorship and much-needed station renovations.

PBS extends our sincere condolences to Cameron's family and his close friends.
