The ‘Rock for Catchment’ Charity event is back in 2013 with their largest line-up yet. This year, it will be held at the Evelyn hotel on the 26th of October. It consists of twelve of Melbourne’s hottest rock and metal bands, all performing for free to help homeless teens.

Barbarion, Australia’s most iconic Metal band, will be headlining this massive list in an unbelievable top four line-up. HEAVEN THE AXE, The Charge and My Left Boot (all bands who are receiving a lot media attention at current), will help Barbarion bring the night home. Mean whilst, kicking off the event from 1pm will be the cream of Melbourne’s rock industry, staring Long Holiday, Digger & the Pussycats, Plastic Spaceman, The Feel Goods, Sordid Ordeal, Leez Lido and Poison fish.

Last year Rock for Catchment raised $3100 for ‘Catchment Youth services’, a small refuge in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. This year, the goal is to raise over $5000 for this well respected organization, who is highly valued amongst the youth sector network.

For $18 you get to see one of the best Australian line-up’s this year. Plus, all profits go to a good cause. You will be kicking yourself if you miss out…. So come down on the 26th of October to The Evelyn Hotel and rock out to the best music in town!!
