The City of Yarra is hosting a free webinar on volunteering in Yarra on Tuesday February 7, including info on where to start, what's involved, and how you and your community can benefit from giving it a go.

This informative session, presented by the State peak body Volunteering Victoria will provide an overview of volunteering including some of the legal differences between employees and volunteers, what is required to register for volunteer vacancies and simple ways to find a role that suits you in your local community.
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions from key representatives of Volunteering Victoria and Yarra City Council's Community Development team.
