Glow sticks, lycra and an explosion of colour! Club Kids brings the party scene to the MMW flagship venue for an afternoon of music, dance and fun activities for all ages. And to kickstart the day, DC Coffee will be serving free coffee and babychinos.
Hailing from the US, JD Samson leads the decks with party tracks to get kids, big and small, moving. JD Samson is best known as leader of the band MEN and for being one-third of the electronic-feminist-punk band and performance project, Le Tigre. Local legend Whiskey Houston will play tunes in support.
Plus PBS’ own CC:DISCO! takes over the free area upstairs. Australia's First Lady of Disco, club DJ and radio announcer CC:DISCO! shares her eclectic signature disco, boogie and house after lunch.
