A profoundly intelligent and unconventional-thinking music director, anthropologist, and musicologist, Björn draws from contemporary philosophers Adorno, Deleuze, Derrida, and Lacan - shaping the very idiosyncratic and controversial musical style of Graindelavoix (translating to 'grain of the voice').
