New wave/post punk outfit Radio Free Alice have a new EP, titled Polyester, that they're celebrating with a national tour. Melbourne-based country artist Delsinki and his band The Quiet Coachmen are releasing their new single ‘Black & Faded Denim’ this August. Delsinki’s second album, CITY/COUNTRY debuted at #3 on the ARIA Australian Country Music charts, and the band drop by Swinging Doors to chat with Ernie about their upcoming release and show taking place at George Lane.

Jordie Lane's latest work wanders somewhere close to the outskirts of Americana and 60s inspired Folk while “creating a pathbreaking and inspiring sound” all of its own. With irreverent wit and satirical commentary, the songs on Tropical Depression tackle, among other things, Lane’s own growing obsession with extreme weather - ignited by a close call with an EF-3 Tornado - and its eventual collision with his own mental health.
