From tastings to ceremony and coffee readings according to Brazillian, Turkish, Ethiopian, Vietnamese and Finnish traditions.

Treat yourself to some amazing live acts, from the passion of the Alma Mater Trio to the funked-up grooves of Ethio-jazz outfit The LALIBELAS. There’s also Navzat Eser bringing some sweet Turkish tunes while the Long room upstairs becomes a Coffee Tasting Market Hall where you can try, buy, sip and savour tasty treats from around the globe.

The guys from Do it on the Roof have put together some amazing audio, especially for CoffeeFest which explores social issues surrounding coffee, the impact of climate change on coffee crops and what we can do with our spent coffee granules. There’ll also be a few coffee plants for sale and horticulturalist Sarah Hardgrove returns to answer all your coffee questions, including how to grow coffee in the Melbourne climate and how to make your own coffee body scrub at home.

Espresso-Martini connoisseurs won’t want to miss the coffee cocktail workshop* with the legendary Will Sleeman from Black Pearl, so grab a workshop ticket as well for the complete coffee experience.
