Over 9 days and 10 venues the 7th edition of Mapping Melbourne creates new perspectives, new possibilities and new expressions through a series of intercultural, multi-art form events in the heart of Melbourne.
Exhibiting and performing at some of our most iconic institutions and public spaces the festival profiles established and emerging artists from cultures across Australia, China, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore and Thailand. The series celebrates our unique Asian Australian identity and highlights positive global creative connections.
This series of free and ticketed multi-art-form events, from 30 November to 8 December, will encompass visual art, live art, music, dance, public programs and new multidisciplinary collaborations.
