Audrey Studios is excited to announce a brand new recording initiative that aims to provide a valuable opportunity for three young emerging unsigned female, trans and non-binary songwriters or bands to record their songs with award winning producer Anna Laverty at Audrey Studios in Coburg.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity of recording and mixing a single at Audrey Studios with producer Anna Laverty. The recording will belong to the artist to use for career pathways such as radio servicing, triple j unearthed profile, songwriting competitions, as support material to pitch for live gigs or release as a single for sale.

Panelists will provide valuable feedback to shortlisted applicants and include a collection of local established artists and music industry experts such as Chloe Turner (LISTEN), Romy Vager (RVG), Kylie Auldist (The Bamboos), Amanda Vitartas (Future Popes / Hysterical Records), Holly Pereira (freelance writer) and Maddy MacFarlane (Homebrew on PBS 106.7FM).

Applications are open to female, trans and non-binary participants between the ages of 15-21 playing any style or genre and close on the 24th November. Recording sessions will take place in Coburg, Victoria throughout December and January.
