This Friday the 24th of April at the Gaso in Collingwood sees the Divinyls reworked album launch. The night brings together 16 emerging Australian artists each re working a classic divinyls song to pay tribute to the late Chrissy Amphlett. Tickets are $10 on the door with all proceeds going toward Breast Cancer Network and MS Society. The night kicks off at 8pm and will see it through to the early hours of Saturday morning.

On Sunday, there will be a free event to support women from the multicultural community of Victoria. The Mosaic Festival starts at 11am and runs through until 5pm located at the City Square. Also on Sunday is the Home cooked Comics Festival’s Sunday Market. The free event is part of the 2015 comic’s festival. Located at the Northcote Town Hall from 12-5pm the family friendly event showcases over 40 stallholders with great local comics, draw-offs, kid’s workshops and talks from local artists.
